About Yurify

Communication Intelligence for leadership execution.

Yurify identifies the communication patterns slowing leadership execution, helps teams correct them, and measures what changes.

Yurify was built on a specific observation: many of the problems that slow growing companies down are not capability problems. They are communication problems — hidden assumptions, unclear ownership, unresolved disagreements, difficult conversations avoided, decisions revisited.

These patterns are usually invisible in the org chart and absent from dashboards, but they show up as delayed decisions, repeated work, and higher operational cost.

Yurify exists to make those patterns visible, correct them, and measure the shift.

Operating Principles

What We Believe

01

Most execution problems are communication problems in disguise.

02

The patterns that slow companies are visible in how meetings, decisions and escalations actually run.

03

Behaviour change is measurable when it is defined narrowly and observed on real work.

04

Leaders don't need more theory — they need shared language and a repeatable method.

05

Interventions must be commercially relevant and reported in terms the business already uses.

06

Correction is cheaper than escalation — the earlier a pattern is named, the easier it is to change.

Yuri leads Yurify's methodology, frameworks, and analytical approach. He is the author of the frameworks Yurify uses to make communication patterns visible and measurable inside leadership teams.

His background is deliberately interdisciplinary: a BSc in Engineering Physics (Polytechnic University of Milan), an MSc in Physics (University of Milan), and a PhD in Life Sciences (University of Dundee). Over 15+ years across academia and deep-tech, he has led interdisciplinary R&D teams and contributed to AI-based methods for detection and characterisation of cancer cells (peer-reviewed publications).

Based in Singapore since 2019, first at the National University of Singapore and then at A*STAR, he has worked at the intersection of biomedical research, applied AI, and complex-systems thinking — the same analytical toolkit he now applies to leadership communication.

Yuri's work at Yurify focuses on making communication patterns observable, correctable, and measurable inside real business execution.

Positioning

What Yurify is not

  • Not a communication course or workshop series.
  • Not executive coaching in the traditional sense.
  • Not a wellness, mindfulness or personal-development programme.
  • Not a generic soft-skills training vendor.
  • Not a promise of specific revenue, retention or engagement outcomes.

Yurify is a specialist practice focused on one thing: the communication patterns that slow leadership execution, and what it takes to correct them.
