Information collected
We collect contact form submissions, calendar booking details, audit and assessment responses, and standard analytics (pages visited, referring source, device type). No sensitive assessment content is stored in marketing analytics.
Purpose of collection
To respond to enquiries, deliver programmes we have been engaged for, improve our service, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Contact form data
Name, email, company, role, and the information you provide about your context. Used to prepare for the conversation and to follow up with you.
Audit and assessment data
Assessment responses are used to generate individual and aggregate reports. Individual responses are not shown to employers; results delivered to organisations are aggregated. See our Data Use page for detail.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not sell personal data.
Third-party processors
We use trusted processors for hosting, email, scheduling and analytics. Where a processor handles personal data, they are bound by their own privacy commitments.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law.
