Methodology
The science and method behind Yurify.
Yurify is informed by research across neuroscience, behavioural science, communication, stress regulation and adult learning. These insights are translated into practical tools teams can use in real workplace situations.
1. Established evidence
Research areas informing Yurify
2. Yurify's applied synthesis
How research becomes practical method
Diagnostics
Assessments and interviews that surface the team's primary friction pattern.
Communication tools
Practical structures for decisions, ownership and difficult conversations.
Facilitation
Live sessions that apply the tools to the team's real work.
Live workplace application
Company situations — not generic exercises — are the material of the programme.
Measurement
Before-and-after indicators that make behaviour change observable.
Reinforcement
A short embedding phase so new behaviour survives the return to normal pressure.
3. Yurify frameworks
Four working frameworks, in plain language
NARF
NeuroAlign Reprocessing Framework
An internal-regulation protocol for recognising when interpretation, emotion and assumption are quietly shaping a conversation, and for realigning those signals before the meaning is lost.
Win-Win Communication Framework
A structured way of holding difficult conversations so both sides leave with a workable outcome rather than a compromise nobody trusts.
Communication Intelligence model
The underlying model connecting communication behaviour to operational consequences — decisions, ownership, escalation and rework.
Surface & Signal model
A working distinction between what is said (surface) and what is being negotiated underneath — interpretation, emotion, assumption, authority. Most execution problems live in the signal, not the sentence.

Win-Win Communication
The practical guide to the framework Yurify uses for difficult conversations, aligned decisions and workable outcomes. Written by Yuri Belotti, PhD.
- ·A structured approach to high-stakes workplace conversations
- ·Moves past compromise toward outcomes both sides trust
- ·Connects communication behaviour to leadership execution
NARF in detail
NeuroAlign Reprocessing Framework
NARF is Yurify's internal-regulation protocol. It is the part of the method that helps a leader notice, name and realign their own state before re-engaging with a high-stakes conversation or decision.
The goal is not to suppress emotion or avoid disagreement. It is to prevent the internal signal — interpretation, threat, assumption, emotion — from quietly becoming the message, so the team can stay on the actual issue rather than on the reaction to it.
NARF is applied in live facilitation, but it is also taught as a personal regulation tool leaders can use before and during difficult exchanges.
4. Evidence status
What Yurify claims — and does not
Research-supported principles
The underlying areas above are grounded in established external research.
Yurify-developed applications
The tools, diagnostics and facilitation formats are Yurify's own applied synthesis.
Client-observed outcomes
Observed changes are documented with clients and labelled by evidence type.
Current validation limits
Yurify does not claim proprietary scientific validation of its frameworks. External validation is a future goal.
Future research goals
Structured measurement across cohorts to strengthen the evidence base over time.
