Results & Evidence
Evidence, classified by source.
Yurify reports what changes, how it was observed, and by whom. We separate measured results from client-reported experiences and illustrative scenarios, so buyers can evaluate the evidence for what it is.
How we label evidence
Every claim carries its source.
Change captured directly through Yurify's own instruments during an engagement (baseline vs post-intervention).
Change observed by the client organisation in their own operational data or decision records.
Change described by participants in their own words — qualitative signal, not a measured metric.
Illustrative modelling of what a similar pattern typically costs. Not a client-specific claim.
Figures drawn from published research or industry benchmarks — cited context, not a Yurify outcome.
Structured examples
Selected engagement patterns
Client names withheld by default. Where a case is anonymised, sector and size are given. Numeric outcomes are shown only where we have verified them.
Growing technology company
45-person company · 6-person leadership team
Pattern
Weekly leadership reviews cycling on the same three decisions without close.
Intervention
4-week Communication Intelligence Sprint focused on decision clarity and ownership.
Observed change
Leaders reported clearer ownership and fewer repeated discussions on the same decisions. Each decision left the room with a named owner and next action.
Confidentiality
Company anonymised.
Corporate R&D programme
Cross-functional programme, ~30 people across 3 functions
Pattern
Product, R&D and commercial disagreeing in private, aligning superficially in shared meetings.
Intervention
Leadership Alignment Intensive, followed by a 4-week Sprint on cross-functional decision protocols.
Observed change
Underlying disagreement named and converted to a written decision rubric used in subsequent programme reviews.
Confidentiality
Company anonymised.
Growth-stage services firm
Founder + 4 direct reports
Pattern
Difficult performance conversations repeatedly deferred; ownership left ambiguous.
Intervention
Focused Sprint on difficult conversations and role clarity.
Observed change
Two long-deferred conversations completed within the sprint window with documented follow-through.
Confidentiality
Company anonymised.
What we measure
Communication-level indicators.
Yurify measures the behaviours closest to the friction — the ones a leadership team can observe and act on inside a quarter. We do not measure feelings, personality, or wellness.
- Decision clarity (was a decision made, by whom, with what next action)
- Ownership clarity (is a single owner named and accepted)
- Reopened decisions (how often the same decision returns to the table)
- Cycle time on named decisions (calendar time from surfaced to closed)
- Escalation pattern (how disagreements move up, sideways, or resolve)
- Meeting-to-action ratio (share of meetings that produce a written next step)
What Yurify does not claim
Improving communication patterns does not guarantee revenue growth, retention, engagement scores, or valuation outcomes. Those depend on many factors outside Yurify's scope.
We report what we observe, label its source, and leave the commercial interpretation to the client and their internal metrics. Confidentiality is the default: names, quotes, and specific numbers are only published with written client permission.
