Programme scope

The scope of each Yurify engagement is defined in a written proposal or statement of work. Prices shown on the website are starting points and are not binding offers.

Not a medical or clinical service

Yurify provides leadership development and performance support. It is not a medical, psychological or clinical treatment service. Where a participant appears to need clinical support, Yurify uses a structured referral pathway.

Confidentiality and NDA

All conversations are treated as confidential. A mutual NDA is available on request. A signed NDA governs specific engagements where required.

Content and IP

The content of this website, and Yurify's proprietary frameworks including the Win-Win Communication Framework and NARF (NeuroAlign Reprocessing Framework), are the intellectual property of Yurify and their respective authors.

No guarantees

Outcomes vary by context. Yurify does not guarantee specific business results, ROI, or clinical outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yurify's liability arising from use of this website or engagements is limited to fees paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless a specific engagement contract states otherwise.
